Shipping Policies
In most cases, we can ship your order in one to two business days. Customers pay all shipping charges. All shipments are sent from our warehouses or original shipping point in the case of special order or non-stocked items. Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. The shipping rates shown on our website are based on the weight and size of the item(s)and packaging.
Please note that if you order foam or batting and
you also order supplies, the supplies will be shipped in a separate box
which will add to the estimated shipping charges.
We ship with FedEx and the US Postal Service. We will send your item with the carrier that provides the best price and transit time for the parcel's size and weight.
We try to accommodate your preferred method of shipment, and you are welcome to contact us to specify a carrier at the time of sale (before your item is shipped).
Domestic Shipping - Unless you specifically instruct us otherwise, we will typically ship parcels over one pound via FedEx Ground, except to Alaska and Hawaii, where we ship orders via USPS. Aerosol cans cannot be shipped by air.
International Shipping - Charges do not include any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or any other charges which may be collected at the destination country.

Items stated as "In Stock" may be out temporarily and we will advise you of any backorders.
DAMAGED PACKAGESIf you receive a damaged package have the delivery person note the condition on the delivery receipt and file a claim directly with that freight carrier. If you must refuse a shipment please contact us at immediately.
